Every project is unique.

The prices for my work are always tailored to the project’s scope and ambition. Usually this includes an estimate of the time required by Christina Fuchs Architect (CFA) to complete the agreed work, offered in a fixed price proposal. Other proposals, say by hourly rate, are equally possible and we can discuss what suits your project best.

Once we have met and agreed the scope of work I will make a fee proposal for the required works for you. We could start with a proposal for the first phase of the project, or we can agree a proposal for the complete works with all phases up to completion, or any steps in between, as you require and prefer.

Billing in two installments.

We bill per phase in two equal installements:

• First installment of the fee to be paid at time of commission.
• The remaining half after completion and delivery of our work.

My guarantee: We deliver outstanding work. Should you not be satisfied with the delivered service and if you can demonstrate that we did not deliver what we promised, you will not have to pay the second installment.

The costs of additional consultants work, think of structural engineers or other consulants as required, are not included in our proposals. We will gladly assist you with getting quotes from other parties.
